Founders and friends Maddy and Stu envisioned a line of clothing that didn't just block harmful UV rays but also felt great to wear, looked good, and could handle the rigors of an outdoor life.
The duo met many years ago while working together for an Australian fashion brand and dreamt of launching their own business one day.
“With the childhood ear-worm 'Slip! Slop! Slap!' singing, we wanted to design sun-protective clothing that looked good, felt comfortable, and didn’t limit our sense of adventure,” says Maddy.
Stu adds, “We wanted to make sun protection easy and accessible, with pieces that work for any activity, from hiking to park hangs, and everything in between.”
