Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is in new unworn condition with the tags still attached.

To request a return or exchange, you must write an email to hello@sunrayallday.com within 1 week of receiving the item. Please include your order number and name in the email.

Please return and exchange items in the provided packaging to help ensure the life of the product while in-transit.

We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

Please allow 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Shipping

We use registered Australia Post delivery.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.
